Yoga For Lower Body Weight Loss: Some people are troubled by the weight gain in the lower part of the body. Especially a lot of fat gets accumulated on the lower body parts of women. The fat on the hips and thighs comes most quickly and is the most difficult to reduce. In such a situation, you must do some exercise and yoga regularly. Today we are telling you 2 such simple asanas which you can easily do at home too. Yoga is the easiest way to lose weight. Yoga not only gives peace to the mind, but also keeps the body healthy.

The fatigue and pain of the day can be driven away through yoga. Those who do yoga regularly, their weight is also under control. Know which are the yogasanas from which the fat of the lower part of the body i.e. legs is reduced.

1- Dynamic Anjaneyasana- To do this yoga posture, first of all sit on the yoga mat in the posture of Vajrasana. Now take your left foot backwards and place the sole of the right foot on the ground. After this, move both the hands towards the top of the head and mix. After this, try to slowly bend backwards. Go as far back as you can and take your hands too. Stay in this position for about 30 seconds and then stand up. This will reduce the weight of your lower body.

2- Baddha Trikonasana- To do this yoga asana, first stand with the gap of both the feet. Now keep the right leg folded to the right and lean towards the right. Now spread both the hands to the side as much as the height of your shoulder. Take a deep breath and lean to the right. Keep your eyes on the front and then try to touch the right foot with the right hand. Take your left hand towards the sky.

Keep your eyes towards the fingers of the left hand. After that go straight. And similarly do the exercise with the other hand. You have to do this 20 times.

If you do both these yogasanas regularly, then your legs, hips and thighs will become thinner. With this, your lower body will come in shape in a few days. This will also increase your overall fitness. The lower part of the body will be toned and you will look perfect.
